"We are a 3rd generation tile store that was started back in 1984. As you can imagine, marketing and advertising has changed a lot in the last 40 years. We realized that we needed to shift our advertising budget from paper to social media, and we couldn’t have done it without Anika. We went from having a dated website and no social media presence, to a very current website and a social media presence on Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, etc… She has done an incredible job at creating interactive platforms between our clients, our sales team, and our company as a whole.
Anika thoughtfully maintains all of our social media and works with myself, and the entire sales team to make sure that the information she is putting out into the world is accurate, educational, and a reflection of who we are as a company. She also provides monthly reports showing very helpful statistics on how our social media presence is growing, and how that growth is ultimately leading to more customers, and happier customers.
Not only does Anika manage all our social media and content creation, but she also manages our public relations as well. Recently she helped our showroom get prominently featured on HGTV's Christina on the Coast—a milestone that significantly boosted our visibility.
